Our friends Craig and Julie Pearson invited us to spend the afternoon getting to know their horses, chickens, and goats on Pearson Ranch - a lovely piece of Texas hillcountry just north of Austin. We had SO much fun! Mary Patton got to meet (and pet) her first horse! She also got to meet (and pet!) her first chicken!! We are already looking forward to going back for a horseback ride! (Dad, it's all set up - just GET HERE!)
Hobie got to run around with Coco, got some good swimming in the pond, and also had one of his "firsts". His first time to get kicked by a horse! Thankfully, he didn't seem phased by that...he's a tough cookie...and it was a baby horse. :)
